That’s right! The time has come to bring fresh faces and talent to our Design Team! Our current team has done an unbelievable job and we were thankful to have them on our team. Now it is time for Scrapbook Heaven (SH) to get ready for the Summer with some new ladies on our Design Team.
Are you enthusiastic, fun, chatty, talented and a bit crazy? That’s what we’re looking for!
Submissions:
Submissions will be taken from: April 21, 2008 through May 21st, 2008 . Winners will be notified no later than June 8th, 2008 via email. Be ready to start July 1, 2008. You will be required to upload layouts for the July kit by June 28th for the reveal of our new kit.
Please include in your email: Name, address, phone number, link to your blog (if you have one) and any online galleries that display the scope of your work.
Please submit: 3 layouts, any size and 1 altered project to Scrapbook Heaven at scrapheaven_ga@yahoo.com
**Please also send a paragraph or 2 of why you would like to be chosen for the DT.
Participation on the SH message board and gallery is strongly encouraged. We would love to get the chance to get to know those applying for the position.
Design Team Requirements:
The Design Team will be required to complete: At least 2 layouts and either one altered project or a card each month. Participation on our Message Boards and in our galleries is a MUST. This includes posting on the boards, leaving comments in the gallery, posting challenges/questions, moderating at least 1 thread on our forum and encouraging others!
There will be a Design Team monthly rotation for hosting challenges, teaching classes (a how-to for an altered project or layout), being the Design Team featured member of the month or submitting how-to articles for the Scrapbook Heaven newsletter.
The Design Team Featured Member of the Month, will receive the full kit for that month. All other Design Team members will receive a partial kit.
DT members should use the SH DT blinkie and promote SH where ever and whenever possible! We want each DT member to be proud to be a Design Team Girl!
Please note that this is not a contest, so we are not necessarily looking for the BEST projects. Rather, we are looking for the best designers who fit into our friendly and encouraging community and are interested in helping us grow and add new members to the site!
